Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each Yuk Tong piece is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size changes or change of mind. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
Who pays for return shipping?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement free of charge.
For all other returns (such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
How do your shirts fit?

How long will it take to get my shirt?
We believe in efficiency and minimizing waste. That’s why we only print what you order. This means no overproduction, no excess stock, and a more sustainable approach to apparel.
Once you place your order, printing usually takes 2–3 business days before it’s ready to ship. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your shirt is on its way.
