Biography

Pairojnoi Sor.Siamchai, born Dhamniyom Thavorn, emerged as a formidable force in the Muay Thai world during the 1980s and 1990s. Known for his relentless fighting style and resilience, he earned the nickname "Bloody Iron." Competing primarily in the Mini Flyweight and Flyweight divisions, Pairojnoi became a celebrated figure in the sport, capturing the Lumpinee Stadium Mini Flyweight Championship.

Throughout his career, Pairojnoi was known for his orthodox stance and Muay Khao style, which emphasized knee strikes and clinch work. His fights were characterized by intense exchanges and strategic prowess, earning him a reputation as a tough and skilled competitor in the ring.

After retiring from active competition in 1996, Pairojnoi transitioned to a career as a Muay Thai trainer. He played a pivotal role in the development of Muay Thai in Brazil and worked at the Kor Romsritong camp until its closure. Subsequently, he joined the Sitsongpeenong camp before establishing his own gym in Samut Sakhon, Thailand.

In May 2022, Pairojnoi faced a significant health challenge when he underwent emergency heart surgery after collapsing. Fortunately, he made a full recovery and continues to be involved in the Muay Thai community, sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of fighters.
