Jaroenthong Kiatbanchong

Jaroenthong Kiatbanchong began his Muay Thai journey at the Kiatbanchong camp in Nakhon Si Tammarat, where he had his first professional fight at the age of 12. Under the guidance of Pi Mai Muangkhon, he developed a technical style characterized by seamless evasive maneuvers and impeccably timed kicks and sweeps. His dedication to the sport and his camp led him to become a three-time Lumpinee Stadium champion across two divisions.

Throughout his career, Jaroenthong was known for his ability to counter powerful strikes with precision and timing, making him a formidable opponent in the ring. His technical style, often referred to as Muay Femur, combined great boxing hands with femeu footwork, challenging the notion that Thai fighters lack strong hand techniques.

In addition to his success in Muay Thai, Jaroenthong also excelled in amateur boxing, winning a Gold medal at the International Games in Surathani and a Bronze medal at the King's Cup. His achievements in both disciplines highlight his versatility and skill as a fighter.

After retiring from professional fighting, Jaroenthong became a Muay Thai instructor at the AMA Fight Gym in Whippany, New Jersey, sharing his knowledge and experience with a new generation of fighters.
