Thiraphan Chinanad, professionally known as Sangtiennoi Sor Rungroj, was born on August 16, 1966, in Pathum Thani, Thailand. He began his Muay Thai career at the young age of 13 and quickly rose through the ranks due to his impressive fighting skills and distinctive style. Known for his southpaw stance and aggressive Muay Bouk style, Sangtiennoi became a formidable force in the Muay Thai world during the 1980s and 1990s.

Throughout his career, Sangtiennoi fought over 200 matches, facing both Thai and international opponents. He was known for his resilience and ability to deliver powerful knee strikes, which earned him the nickname "The Deadly Kisser" for his habit of kissing opponents on the cheek before securing a victory. His career highlights include winning prestigious titles at both the Lumpinee and Rajadamnern Stadiums, as well as the World Muay Thai Council (WMC) Championship.

Sangtiennoi's most notable victory came on January 4, 1991, when he defeated Black Shark Charry S. Vanit at Lumpinee Stadium with a decisive knee strike, securing the Yodmuaythai title. This fight was a significant event in Muay Thai history, drawing massive attention and revenue. After retiring from professional fighting in 2000, Sangtiennoi dedicated his life to training the next generation of fighters at his gym in Pathum Thani.
