We want you to love your Yuk Tong gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll help make it right.

Return Policy

• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be new, unused, and unwashed with original tags/packaging.

• Exclusions: Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for wrong size or change of mind. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.

How to Report an Issue

Email us at yuktongofficial@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the problem.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

Exchanges

We don’t offer standard exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please place a new order once your refund or replacement has been processed.

Return Shipping

• For items that are damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we cover the cost of replacement and shipping.

• For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method if you’re returning an item.
