We want you to love your Yuk Tong gear. If something isn’t right, you can return it.

Return Policy

• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be new, unused, and unwashed with original tags/packaging.

• Exclusions: For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on worn items.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at yuktongofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Contact us and we’ll do our best to set up an exchange (subject to availability).

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
